Refund Policy
Eligibility:
- We accept returns within 2 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging.
Refunds and Exchanges:
- Upon receiving the returned item(s) and verifying their condition, we will process the refund or exchange as requested.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, excluding any shipping charges. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Shipping Costs:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Damaged or Defective Items:
- If an item arrives damaged or defective, customers should contact us immediately to arrange for a replacement or refund.
Final Sale Items:
- Items marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for return or exchange unless damaged during shipping or defective upon arrival.
